Total area: approx. 26 ha 0'251 m2 (260'251m2). The farms are located 45 km northwest of Bogotá (capital), directly on the highway from Bogotá to the village of La Vega, (Cundinamarca department) in the Vereda "El Chuscal". The farms are located in an average climate zone of 18 degrees to 24 degrees, at 2160 meters above sea level. Landscape hilly and flat. Electricity in houses and drinking water are available.
Farm «Andalucia»: Area 8ha 8'112m2, located in the flat part, has direct access to the highway, a house in colonial style (not habitable), water-bearing stream called "La Zulia".
Farm «Elvetia»: area 9ha 5'258m2, located in hilly/mixed part, has 2 habitable houses to renovate with car access, 2 water springs.
Farm «Galicia»: area 7ha 6'881m2, lies in hilly/mixed part, has a water spring.
The farms together as one area of land are mainly used for livestock (beef cattle), to a lesser extent for dairy farming and cheese production, as well as for growing vegetables (peas) and fruits (lulo, bananas). They have a tree population of Central American firs (Pino patula), Mexican wild ash (Urapán), eucalyptus, and other tree species native to Colombia. Reforestation of another part (eucalyptus) and use of the wood is possible.
