Each apartment will be designed in the same way, namely:

• 1 terrace and 1 private garden for the ground floor apartments and 1 balcony for those located upstairs

In each apartment, a bedroom and a bathroom will meet standards for people with reduced mobility. The basement, accessible via the main entrance to the building, will also offer a spacious games room to each of the ground floor apartments.
