This village house, originally all blacksmith workshops in the neighborhood, benefited from major renovations when it was acquired by the current owner in 2012. It includes two commercial spaces and a dwelling used as a guest house. 'guests including a 4.5 room duplex apartment.

The heating is pellet, the boiler dates from 2012 and the distribution is done by radiators with thermostatic valves. Hot water production is mixed (pellets electricity).

The apartment is tenant free, as it is used as a holiday apartment, very interesting since Vallorbe is a tourist hotspot in Jura-Nord Vaudois. One of the commercial spaces is currently rented as an office and the other is vacant.
