The windows and French doors will be PVC with triple glazing. All exterior blinds will be powder-coated aluminum slats with electric operation.
Heat production will be provided by an air-to-water heat pump and distribution will be carried out via the ground.
The apartments will be equipped with an individual metering system for heating and hot water.
Each apartment will be equipped with a facility ready to receive a private washing machine and dryer.
