It must be made available for rental and used by the owners for a maximum of 3 weeks in high season. It consists of four master bedrooms (shower or bathtub) on the ground floor, an open kitchen on the living room, a comfortable living room, a guest toilet upstairs. A marketing service for stays will be set up. For this purpose, a collective building with parking spaces, a reception and rental management office is planned.
A hotel service will be available to owners and a mandatory basic package will be offered to tenants, including snacks, care products, linens, bathrobes, bedding and change of bedding, cleaning, Wellness access with swimming pool, sauna, shower, toilets, solarium, parking available, tourist tax.
