The 3½-room apartment is located on the south-west side on the ground floor of the “Perle” apartment building. The apartment consists of: entrance area, cloakroom, kitchen and living room with access to the garden seating area to the west, 2 bedrooms and bathroom-toilet.

The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the cellar compartment are located in the basement.

The garage box in the underground car park can be rented.


Oberwald, the easternmost village in Obergoms, lies at the foot of the two Alpine passes Furka and Grimsel. They connect the place with the neighboring cantons of Uri and Bern.

In winter, the "Furka" car transport service runs from Oberwald to Realp, so that Oberwald remains easily accessible by car all year round. There are also hourly train connections from Brig or Andermatt to Oberwald.
