Furnished room in a residence for students (eleven rooms in total) for rent in the center of Renens, close to all amenities.

The furnishings of this single room are as follows:

- a sofa bed with storage drawers
- a bedside table with lamp
- a wardrobe with hanging space and tablards
- a desk with an office chair

The furnishings of the common premises are distributed as follows:

ground floor:

- entrance hall
- a large kitchen with dining table
- storage
- two shower rooms
- 5 single rooms

1st:

- rest area with armchairs and sideboard
- lounge area with sofas
- two shower rooms
- 6 single rooms

This residence is located 3 minutes walk from Renens train station, shops and restaurants.

Each tenant must bring their own bedding, bath towels and crockery.

Internet access is of course possible, provided you take out a subscription with the operator of your choice.

A cleaning service comes once a week for the common premises.

Non-smoking residence.

Rental conditions:
- minimum 6 months rental;
- tacit renewal from month to month;
- termination 3 months in advance for the end of each month, except December.

Building with elevator.
