With approximately 7,700 inhabitants, located in the Mendrisiotto district which has approximately 51,500 inhabitants, the city of Chiasso together with the agglomeration is one of the most populous and economically and industrially important districts in the Canton of Ticino. The Chiasso railway station plays a central role in this and not only in terms of location. With more than 100 trains per day, a frequency of more than 6,000 passengers, sales and service areas open 365 days a year from dawn to dusk, this junction point will probably become the most attractive and best frequented area of the entire city.
In order to further expand the tenant mix and increase the attractiveness of the offer, we are inviting offers for the two remaining commercial spaces, at advantageous conditions, of 25m2 and 140m2 on the ground floor of the commercial area. We are looking for tenants from the food/non-food retail, gastro and service providers sectors who can make a decisive contribution to the shopping experience and increase the quality of the stay at Chiasso station with innovative and high-quality concepts.
