By agreement we rent a nice 2-room apartment with balcony. The apartment has:
- Bright kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic glass
- Living room and bedroom with parquet floor
- bathroom / WC with bathtub
- Entrée with slab floor

- no lift
In the area there are various shops. The tram station "Neubad" can be reached within walking distance.
