Saas-Grund, in the beautiful Saas Valley, offers everything that nature lovers and sports enthusiasts are looking for. Above Saas-Grund, at 2000 m above sea level, the Triftalp mountain inn is for sale in the middle of the larch forest. The inn is ideally located on the Simplon - Giw-Gspon - Allmagelleralp high-altitude trail and directly on the hiking trail from Saas-Grund to Kreuzboden. In winter, guests can reach the mountain inn via the "Trift" mid-station of the cable car in the direction of Kreuzboden or by skiing downhill and then taking a short, approximately 15-minute walk.

The "Triftalp" is located in the middle of an area that is a paradise for bikers, hikers and snowshoe hikers. In summer, the mountain inn can be reached by car by the tenant, and in winter a special permit is available for a private snowmobile tracked vehicle. (With a registered route from Saas-Grund to the cafe.)

The Triftalp guesthouse combines countless highlights and offers a lot of potential for its future owners and operators. The building was hollowed out in 2011/2012, completely renovated and completed with an extension and covers an area of a generous 445m2. It combines overnight accommodation, a seminar room and a beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor areas. The restaurant makes guests feel at home straight away. The visible wooden elements in combination with the fireplace have a very cozy effect, while the guest area is flooded with light and extremely inviting thanks to the window fronts. The interior has space for 32 guests, the sun terrace for 50 people and an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the Mischabel chain. The kitchen with electric grill and gas installation is equipped with modern appliances in mint condition, furniture and inventory are available so that operations can begin immediately.

In the basement there is a bright double room with shower and toilet and also two spacious cellars as storage rooms, a cold storage room, laundry room, technical room, an area for wood supplies and lots of additional storage space. On the 1st floor is the host's room with a practical office area, which is very bright and inviting and has a bathroom with shower. On this floor there are also four guest double rooms with wonderful views of the surrounding nature as well as a toilet and a separate shower. Numerous tasteful, rustic and charming details ensure a particularly harmonious atmosphere in the entire guest area. In the attic there is a multi-bed room with overnight accommodation for 13 people and an adjacent seminar room with sound system and projector. An ideal place for club trips, company events or private events.

The building is heated with wood fuel and the heat is conveniently distributed via underfloor heating; a heat input of 9kWh can be heated electrically. There is also a boiler with a 2000 litre water tank.
