With an unrivalled view of the mountains, the Stöckli was built in 1842 on this sunny spot with 2 residential floors and a dance floor. Uninhabited for many years, it was revived around ten years ago and has been lovingly restored in recent years. As little as possible has been changed to the original building, much has been repaired or renovated to make it cosy and comfortable all year round. The composting toilet in the summerhouse, as it used to be, and the wood-fired heating in the kitchen with modern technology in the background (central heating with radiators and clay storage stove) convey a touch of alpine hut romance. Connected to the water supply, the connection to the sewage disposal system is due soon, all pipes have already been laid in the house and the connection in the cellar is ready. The plot of 1,246 m2 comprises the house, a shed and a garden and greenhouse surrounded by the unique mountain scenery and nature. Arriving via the steep and narrow driveway, this dreamlike piece of earth reveals itself with the gentle Stöckli surrounded by fruit trees and a vegetable garden.
