- Building with general reinforced concrete raft foundation, 25 cm thick, on compacted fill and lean concrete. Carport foundation with continuous and isolated footings.
Basement walls
- The buried walls of the villas are made of reinforced concrete with a minimum thickness of 20 cm.
- The interior load-bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 18 - 25 cm.
Facade walls
- The facade walls are made of reinforced concrete and/or terracotta bricks according to the civil engineer's requirements, depending on the static loads.
Windows
- Windows and French windows made of PVC (synthetic material) with triple glazing.
Insulating facade rendering
- Thermal insulation in expanded polystyrene foam for rendering, or rock wool, 220 mm thick according to thermal calculations. Synthetic render based on silicone, 2 mm grain. Base of facades treated against humidity with reinforced mesh and extruded polystyrene panels.
