Nestled below the hamlet of Brentschen (1,493 m above sea level), protected from urban disruptions, "Le Palatz" lives up to its name: With an unobstructed view of the Rhone Valley, from Leuk to Martigny and the Valais Alps, the two buildings are what were once two barns were connected by a block of plastered bricks. This building has two living rooms, one of which opens onto the kitchen area and has an open fireplace and wood heating. The other is heated by a stone chimney equipped with a heat recovery system connected to the boiler. Solar modules complement the electrical energy supply. Underfloor heating with remote control keeps the entire building frost-free in winter. Five bedrooms can comfortably accommodate at least 10 people, the middle structure has two independent shower rooms and toilets. The basement is equipped with a freezer, washing machine and pantry and is large enough to set up a workshop. Outside, the whirlpool, which works in both winter and summer, offers a wonderful view of the Rhone Valley, and a terrace allows many guests to be welcomed. On the wonderful open terrace you can enjoy the view of the Alps and the Rhone Valley.
"Das Palatz" can be reached from the public car park (free of charge) in about 5 minutes on foot or, more conveniently and faster, with a quad. The quad and furniture can be taken over (negotiation).
