Located in the quiet residential area of Viganello, just a few minutes from the Lido of Lugano, the lake and the Ciani Park and 5 minutes by car from the center, the apartment is an ideal location for exploring the city and its surroundings. Light floods in abundantly through the large windows in the living room, which lead to the terrace that frames the apartment: here, at sunset, enjoy a good Ticino wine and watch the sun go down over the city!
The living room is divided into a dining area with a table for 4 people and a TV area with a sofa and a flat screen TV for watching a family movie. The table is also perfect as a workstation when you are away on business! The kitchen is separate, a corner and fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals.
The 4 beds are distributed in two double bedrooms, one of which overlooks the terrace and has a large two-door wardrobe, the other has an open compartment with shelves and a chest of drawers to store your wardrobe.
A set of towels for each person is included in the price, as well as bed linen and blankets; we also provide you with a welcome kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary things for a breakfast.

Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.
