Located on the heights of the new flagship district of Bussigny, the PANORAMA project offers modern and comfortable housing spread over 10 buildings on a human scale. 4 buildings offer 25 rental apartments of 2.5 to 4.5 rooms.
Each apartment consists of:
Entrance with wall cabinet
Dining area, open to the kitchen
Open and fitted kitchen
Shower room/WC
One to three bedrooms
Private garden terrace or balcony
A washing column provided washer/dryer
A cave
A bicycle storage room is at your disposal as well as charging points for electric bikes
Underground parking spaces are also available for rental (180 CHF/month). Each parking space is equipped with an electric terminal.
Thanks to its privileged position, PANORAMA enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, the Jura and the Alps. The PANORAMA project offers a fitness room with a space dedicated to yoga and a multipurpose space that can serve as co-working or accommodate large groups for parties. In addition, the project will house a play area for children.
