Café de Chavannes: Call for projects for the operation

The town of Chavannes-près-Renens is putting the management of the Café de Chavannes into competition.

Following the departure of the owner and owner, the building was bought by the municipality with a view to perpetuating an emblematic establishment of Chavannes and thus perpetuating its historical image and the notoriety of its café.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building and has a beautiful terrace furnished with shrubs, hedges and gravel.

Minimum 10 parking spaces made available by the municipality.

Rent: the amount of the annual rent is set at CHF 49,000. Parking spaces are not included in the rent and are provided free of charge and to please the municipality.

Entrance to the premises between June 1, 2021 and August 1, 2021, to be agreed.
